Hattie’s bakery does not provide gluten-free products, as it cannot be done safely in a kitchen that processes flours with gluten.

Yes, my kitchen is fully licensed, inspected, and periodically reinspected. I also have a ServeSafe certificate, issued by the National Restaurant Association.

We do not slice bread, because bread needs to be cooled for at least 6 hours prior to slicing. Bakeries use a commercial slicer, which I do not have at this time.
